Friendly's

We had a great day today of course nothing much was done. WE shared breakfast together and I walked the puppies who by the way are doing much better. I then decided it was time for mommy to get some sleep and I went off to bed around 7:15am. I slept restlessly till 10am when Annabelle decided to tell everyone in the neighborhood that someone was at our front door. Mind you we never use the front door so she was a little thrown off that someone would had the audacity to be there, the nerve. I checked it out as I knew B was not getting out of bed to investigate, and lo and behold it was a fruit basket being delivered compliments of his prison union. It was very large and plentiful, we love fruit. I showed it to him and placed it on the counter and gave him the card, I was headed back to bed. I stayed there till 12:15pm when I decided sleep was not going to happen. I got up and did laundry, and can you guess what I heard coming from B's room...SNORING!!!! He sleeps all night and then has the audacity to go back to sleep just when I am getting up and getting things going for the day, how dare he? When he finally decided to get up I got him showered and ready for the day mind you it was now after 3 pm. We decided that he was going out for lunch/dinner, we were going to see our favorite waitress at of all places Friendly's. She greeted B at the door and was so happy to see him up and about.She made us our favorite even though it is not on the menu anymore (buffalo chicken quesadillas) oh so good and worth the 40 day wait, yummy!!!! She hooked us up with decant ice cream a new flavor Reese's peanut butter cup ice cream chocked full of huge PB cups so good and so rich. It was Friendly's icecreamapaloza today so ice cream was free, even better!!! After dinner we returned home to care for 2 very excited puppies, they think every time I leave with their daddy I not bringing him back so when we return, it is as if we were never coming back, I love the enthusiasm they show. I got B set up with his PSP and I headed off to try and get 3 hours of sleep before going to work. I managed 90 minutes, yeah, not! I gave B his shot of Lovenox and he bled for the first time, I felt awful, but I knew I did nothing wrong, it was just in a bad spot and he bleeds there every time, it just happened to be the first time I gave him the shot there. B was happy and medicated as I left for work talking on the phone to his best friend , a very kind and generous man whom I'm very happy to have the pleasure of knowing, even if he is a screw!!!
