I rejoined my original favorite gym yesterday, and it was great to be back. I went to my first Ride Class in 9 months and I loved it! I can't wait for Friday when I can do it again. I will be taking Friday's morning class and going back on Saturday morning also I love being back and it makes a great cross training day for me. I am working out with Kev 3x/week now and doing his boot camps on Saturday mornings so I should be down to fighting weight by January 1, goal of 130lbs. Kevin promises me we can do it together, I believe him.
