So far so good

So far so good for week.
I have maintained my wonderful eating habits this week. It truly is amazing that all it takes is will power, mind over matter. I have said for the past few weeks I really wanted to get back into the WW way of life, but then I would go out to dinner and order a Bacon Cheeseburger and baked potato....this week I have had my cravings but but now I know that that is really not what I want. I want to be healthy and thinner. I know that this weeks cheat food will be pizza, we are going out to dinner to celebrate hubby's Grammies 83rd birthday with family and this is it for the next 7 days. (we are sharing the pizza and salad instead of ordering a huge plate of pasta.) We are excited to be joining the family for this event, hubby and his father have not spoken in 5 years and we live 2 miles apart, his loss, not ours. Should be interesting?? I have managed to bring a healthy snack with me to work every night, I bring a turkey sandwich and a 100 calorie pack of chips totalling 3 points, oh and plenty of water. I have lost 3.2 lbs so far by the scale as of today, however I weigh in on Mondays and it never seems to register on that day...oh well, life goes on and I know that I have made the effort to get back on track. Hubby is also back on track, he is doing very well in his weight loss journey.
We slipped a little back in Oct/Nov. but we are hardcore now.
I just registered us for another 5k race,
this one comes with hardware...a finishers medal and a t-shirt...
I love hardware, knowing that I ran the race for a medal and a t-shirt..ahh love the goods.
