Sadly, I did not make it to the gym today as I remained home with my very sick puppy. My 8 yr old boxer is not doing well and I think his mommy is doing worse. I have had him since he was 4 months old and has never been sick a day, and all of a sudden he was unresponsive to me this morning, causing me to panic...off to the vet hospital we go, blood, x-rays, tests and mucho money later we leave with Riley to take him home and wait and see....he has numerous infections and a very high fever, we are keeping a close eye on him and monitoring his every move...he finaly ate his perscription food tonight along with his meds which were hidden in pizza crust, YES, I had pizza for dinner for his well being!! It's the only thing he would eat and I was happy to enjoy dinner with him. We are close he and I. Daddy didn't fair any better either, he ate pizza too, it was in all depression eating, we know, we acknowledged it and are moving on..we are commited to losing 20 lbs by the Hyannis marathon..
WE WILL DO IT AND RILEY WILL GET BETTER!!!
(positive attitude right?)
