Sleep it does a marriage good!

Is this not the funniest picture you have ever seen? I love this picture I wish I could put it on a t-shirt, I would wear it everywhere. I'm thinking I may have to copy it, and wear it over my tech shirt in Hyannis, you know to show my LOVE of Wally. Those cookies sure look good, don't they?

The Red Sox parade was yesterday, I missed the whole thing, I didn't even get to see the highlights on TV...I went to bed at 7 am and slept right through till Annabelle vomited in the hallway at 9pm...Brian went to work, came home, took care of the puppies, did laundry, made chocolate chip cookies, (No, not Colorado crunchers), had dinner ready for me (9 pm), and managed to get to the gym all before I rolled my sorry ass out of bed. When I asked him why he did not wake me, he said and I quote " You haven't slept in 5 days; no way in hell was I going to wake you up, finally you were quiet, and not screaming that you needed to sleep, the puppies and I were enjoying the peace of it all" Nice huh? Well actually I'm so glad he didn't wake me, he's right I have not been sleeping well lately, and I have been working every night, going on 10 days straight...10 straight is not bad, when you work 9 am to 5 pm, however when you work the midnight shift and have not slept in days it REALLY SUCKS!!! So I'm back good as new and caught up on sleep, I think do you really ever catch up on sleep? I can't believe today is Halloween!! I was supposed to get Halloween candy yesterday after I/We left the gym but that didn't happen, guess I'll be getting some tonight. Oh that reminds me "The Gym" we are in training for the 1/2 marathon and we are supposed to be sticking to a tight training schedule, well that didn't happen today either, so we will be making up for it tonight...we are doing yesterday's workout at4 pm then we are stretching and lifting weights then we are headed back to the treads and doing today's workout.. I believe in total we will be running 6 miles when all is said and done...woohooo!
