Yeah, nothing was done today as I took a day off to rest my shins. I seriously hope this is not the beginning of shin splints. My shins were killing me today, however they got better as the day went along; so I WILL be running this morning. I have my sights set on 5 miles maybe 6 to make up for yesterday, however I know slow and steady wins the race.

I'll e-mail you soon. I started the couch to 5K program and it doesn't seem that bad yet. I am doing the 9 week program with the podcasts. Today is my off day, but tomorrow it's on again!
