well....

So here I am at work yet again, only this time I'm on overtime...here for 12 wonderful hours. Actually my new partner just showed up, and we've been laughing and talking all morning, so it's a nice change of pace. I can't wait to go home though, we are going out for breakfast with his grandparents and then back to their house to visit with the puppy. We are running this afternoon when I get up, probably around 6pm, we are running through the neighborhood for 3.1 miles for time, he's hoping for 28 min. or less and I would be happy with 35 min. or less. Hey I'm small and my legs are little. We are making up for breakfast, by running; later.So I heard from my friend Kev, but I really haven't heard a lot from Mike? Well...I want answers? What was the "talk" about and how did it go? I hope all is well and she is doing better. Please let me know if you need anything, ok? Spent the day with the family yesterday to celebrate 2 birthday's. Had a nice time, dad is not doing so well, but he's getting along well enough or so he says. Mom is holding it all together as usual. Baby sis is doing well also which is a relief. Played with their two puppies, oh so cute, 2 all black pugs, Pugsy and Mugsy, very well behaved too.

So let me tell you about dinner in the North End, the restaurant didn't serve anything I liked so I improvised and had pasta, it was ok but very heavy, had some calamari, very good, the bread was awesome!!!! After dinner we went to Mike's pastry...very good, I had a peanut butter cookie, and tried a piece of a lobsta tail, puff pastry with cream filling, it was really good. Than we went to the Improv asylum that was awesome, we had a blast...loved it!!!! We walked around Fanuel Hall and went over to Hard Rock Cafe for a drink, can't wait to go back and have dinner, we love Hard Rock...oh a big BLT..so good I can almost taste it (that's a 6 mile run day) We will be going back soon. It was a beautiful night to spend in Boston, the weather was wonderful, and the company was great.
