3 Miles today!!! I learned a lot about running today!! Sunday we had pasta for dinner and Monday we ran great! 6 Miles no problem, however for dinner we had salads, no carbs. Today we ran 3 miles and I felt every step, it dragged, I hated it, I wanted to quit, however, I knew I would never forgive myself if I gave up, so on I went, and tonight we had pasta and salad for dinner. We'll see how well running goes tomorrow. I know you can't run on salad alone now, this I learned the hard way.
