work

Hey all, just a note.. I'm at work and I've been here for 8 hours and I still have 8 to go...can't wait to go home, I work midnights, so I sleep while the sun is shining lol. However I have been very good with my diet so far (WW) I've eaten two salads, 100 calorie pack of pretzels and 100 calorie pack of alpha bit cookies (16 points total for the day), all I want to do is eat!!!!! I'm hungry but I'm fighting the urge....on the other hand all; all I drink while at work is water. I feel as though I may float away, 7 24oz bottles and the night isn't over yet...arhhh. The training for my run is coming along...it's getting there, I think I'll be ready come race day, however I'm not going into this lightly, I want distance not minutes, my goal is to finish without stopping, I don't care if it takes me an hour or longer, I just want to get the miles, all 5 of them in w/o stopping!!!

Where's the protein in that diet? Protein helps you feel fuller longer and helps with oodles of other things. Add some grilled chicken and some cheese to those salads or something! Other than that, you're doing great!
